PROCTOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Due to the number of students participating in this year's Grand Concours, it is very important that proctors strictly adhere to the following:
 

1. Bring CD PLAYER to the test to be used during the listening section.
2. Arrive at Bishop Hendricken High School  no later than 9:15 am.
3. Pick up package of exams and instructions in the library.
4. Check to see that there is the correct number of exams to correspond with the number of students on the roster list for the room.
5. At approximately 10 AM, take attendance and instruct the students to fill out the answer form correctly.  Use school-teacher code list in package, if necessary to help students.
6. Start the exam.
7. Do the listening portion first and then continue on to the written portion.
8. Keep the students in the exam room until 11 AM.
9. Collect the exams and answer forms, SEPARATE THEM into two piles, and return along with CD to the library.
